WORK WITH ME

I take on a small number of consulting engagements at a time across UX design, behavioural psychology consulting, and product strategy, either as standalone projects or as an ongoing advisory relationship. HOW I WORK

Most engagements start with a short discovery conversation, no charge, to understand the actual problem before proposing a way to solve it. From there, work is scoped either as a fixed-price project, for clearly defined deliverables like a UX audit, a training redesign, or a pricing strategy review, or as ongoing hourly consulting, for advisory work, or problems that need to be worked through rather than delivered as a single output.

HOURLY RATES

Behavioural Psychology Consulting

£250 + VAT

Founding rate of £150/hour for my first five clients, as I build this side of my practice from the ground up.

Product Design & Strategy Consulting

£225 + VAT

As this draws directly on the same behavioural grounding, the founding rate of £135/hour also applies to my first five clients here.

UX Design Consulting

£200 + VAT

Eighteen years of UX experience across multiple industries, with a track record that speaks for itself.


FIXED RATES

UX Audit

£1,500 + VAT

A structured review of a specific product, flow, or feature, identifying where design is working against user psychology rather than with it, with prioritised, actionable recommendations.

Training Format Review

£2,000 + VAT

An assessment of existing training materials or a training programme, evaluating format choices against how people actually learn and retain, with a redesigned structure for one module as a worked example.

Pricing & Retention Strategy Review

£1,800 + VAT

A psychological audit of pricing tiers and retention mechanics, identifying where structure is leaning on the wrong lever, friction instead of value, vague signals instead of specific ones, with concrete recommendations.
